Hi! I am Sana Javeed. I have 3 years+ of experience as a UX Designer and Full-stack software developer.
SAP Labs India is where I started my career as a software developer for about 3 years in the Supply Chain Management domain of Manufacturing Industries (SAP MII). Along with my coding skills like Java, Javascript and HTML5, my interest grew in UX Design by organizing and moderating formative Usability workshops across countries like Canada, USA, Germany & India for a customizable manufacturing dashboard (SAP MII Self Service Composition Environment)
In the Summer of May'21, I worked as a UX Specialist at LINCS at conducting research in creating an interface accessible to Canadian researchers in Digital Humanities, Arts and History, through Linked Open Data.
I am currently a final year student at University of Toronto pursuing my Masters in User Experience Design.
My passion for UX continues as I look forward to learn more about inclusive designs and co-designs. Along with that I love spending time with my children, trying out new cuisines and learning new cultures.

The art of determining the what, who and how in the breakdown of a problem statement and using the UX approach in solving it.
It started out as a search to find a good-quality headscarf, conducting user research leading to kick-starting a business in importing great-quality hijabs from Turkey to the Canadian Muslim community.
